Credit & Information Authorization
By signing this document on my own behalf and on behalf of the business identified below, I authorize Spartan Business Solutions, LLC ("Spartan Capital") and its financial partners to obtain and review my personal and business credit, financial, and related information in connection with my application for business-purpose funding.
This authorization includes obtaining consumer and business credit reports from credit bureaus (such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax), as well as statements and records from banks, creditors, credit card processors, and other third parties. Spartan Capital and its partners may verify any information provided, and may pull credit reports both at the time of application and during the life of any funding relationship for servicing or enforcement purposes. I further authorize Spartan Capital to share my application and supporting documents with its financial partners in order to match me with potential funding products. I confirm that all information I provide is true and correct, and I understand that any misrepresentation may constitute fraud and be punishable by law.
